After the fire that consumed the historic Gerogia Theatre in 2009, it was uncertain when the venue would again host renowned acts and their loyal fans, but after two years of planning and designing and building, the Theatre is set to reopen in grand style next month with a bevy of artists and bands who have graced the famed stage in the past. Corey played his first Georgia Theatre show in December of 2005 to a sold out crowd of screaming fans and since then, has gone on to perform at a variety of other Athens, GA locations and venues including Legion Field, the Classic Center and the Rialto Room at the Hotel Indigo, but with the Theatre always holding a special place in his and his fans' hearts.
